The corvaglia Group, founded in 1991, is a dynamic and internationally active manufacturer of innovative closure solutions for PET bottles. We have set standards worldwide. Over 20% of all PET bottles for soft drinks worldwide are equipped with corvaglia closures. The headquarters of our family business is located in Eschlikon, Thurgau. Further subsidiaries are located in Mexico and the USA. In the in-house mould making department in Eschlikon, the necessary and globally renowned injection moulds are built and sold to our partners.

We are looking for a committed individual as

CNC Turner - Polymechanic (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Independent programming at your own CAM workstation (Top Solid)
• Setting up and operating modern CNC lathes (DMG-Mori NLX2500)
• CNC turning of single parts up to small series (hard turning)
• Measuring and testing according to drawings and standards
• Co-responsibility for machine maintenance
• Responsibility for deadlines and quality, as well as continuous optimisation of processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or toolmaker or in a related field
• Experienced individual with several years of professional experience in CNC turning (hard turning)
• CAM experience advantageous (ideally with Top Solid)
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Enjoyment in working with small parts
