Your Tasks

You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy first-class and individual care at home
You advise and support our clients and their relatives based on their individual needs
You contribute to preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
Promoting the independence and quality of life of clients in the home environment
You conduct comprehensive nursing anamneses and assessments
You instruct the subordinate employees regarding nursing measures
You take on administrative tasks within the scope of case management

Training as a certified nurse
Consulting competence and ability to guide clients and employees
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
Independent, structured, and efficient working
