Business Development Manager Medical Cannabis (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your challenge:
- Responsibility for the entire sales area – from strategy to operational implementation
- Building and expanding structures to ensure sustainable growth
- Continuous development of the sales strategy and product portfolio
- Expansion of existing customer relationships and identification of new business opportunities
- Positioning of products in the Swiss market
- Design of sales processes and definition of KPIs for continuously increasing market presence
Your qualifications:
- Solid experience in sales or key account management
- Professional appearance with expertise and communicative sensitivity depending on the target group
- Strong analytical skills, for example in market observation
- Trend awareness and experience in the concrete derivation of sales activities and partnership options
- Ideally, initial experience in the B2B sector of the healthcare environment
- Enjoyment in building structures in a young & dynamic team
- Very good German and English skills
