About the job

At the well-established and successfully positioned Fläckematte AG retirement and nursing home in Rothenburg, with around 100 employees and 57 residents, the needs of the people are at the centre. We proceed carefully and flexibly on our path and continuously develop ourselves. We are looking for a Hospitality and Housekeeping Specialist with Trainer Function 80% starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the laundry cycle of operational and resident laundry as well as laundry from external customers
• Inspection, maintenance and basic cleaning of residents' rooms as well as public areas
• Serving meals to residents in the departments and, if necessary, assisting in our garden bistro and at events
• Assisting with the organisation and coordination of apprentices as well as independently planning and conducting learning support
• Work during day shifts and at weekends; room hour assignments are only occasional

What you bring

• Completed training as a housekeeping specialist
• Preferably the trainer course or willingness to complete it promptly
• Enjoyment in contact with our elderly and care-dependent residents
• Team spirit, resilience and good communication skills
• Independent and responsible working style as well as flexibility
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
