Then become part of our Group Finance team. In this central specialist role, you report to the Consolidation, Reporting & ICS Manager. As a specialist for Lucanet and interfaces, you ensure reliable consolidation and closing processes, support our finance organisation, and continuously develop systems, controls, and reporting processes.

Your area of responsibility

• You support local and central finance teams in using Lucanet and take on troubleshooting, data validation, master data support, and user consulting.
• You continuously develop Lucanet reporting as well as our consolidation processes, the technical planning process, controls, and documentation.
• You identify meaningful automation and AI use cases and accompany their practical implementation in Group Finance.
• You conduct the monthly closing checks in Lucanet and review completeness, consistency, reconciliations, and balance sheet quality.
• You analyse identified data and system issues, coordinate their resolution with the responsible finance teams, and ensure a sustainable solution.
• You support the monthly closing, annual closing, and financial audits.

Personality and competence profile

We are looking for a personality with team spirit, initiative, determination, reliability, and high flexibility as well as:

• About four years of professional experience in accounting, group consolidation, reporting, or audit, ideally in an international company.
• Practical experience with Lucanet or a comparable consolidation and reporting system.
• Practical experience with ERP systems, especially in accounting and reporting areas.
• Understanding of monthly and annual closing processes.
• Completed studies or comparable qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Very good Excel and reconciliation skills as well as a pronounced understanding of data structures and data quality.
• Interest in process automation.
• Fluent English skills; German and other languages are an advantage.
