About the job
As the civil and criminal court of first instance, we are looking immediately or by arrangement to complement our team for a flexible
Administrative Secretary 40 - 50%
Your versatile range of tasks
- Administrative processing of all FU procedures (care placements)
- Collaboration in the criminal law office, which is responsible for all collegial court criminal proceedings (including juvenile court) as well as the coercive measures court
- Processing incoming mail including recording and creating incoming
- cases/procedures
- Summons management (appointment arrangements, creating and sending summonses, interpreter requests, transfer orders, etc.)
- Preparation and dispatch of interim and final decisions (including input of statistical data and deadline monitoring)
- Management of case files (including scanning of files and file release)
- Processing completed cases and archiving case files
- Correspondence and communication with parties, authorities, interpreters, experts and legal seekers
- Substitution within the commercial offices as well as the post clerk and the reception desk (telephone/reception) during absences and bottlenecks
- Other general secretarial tasks
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (profile E or M) or equivalent professional training with work experience
- Court experience or authority activity is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt working days to operational needs
- Quick comprehension as well as independent, precise and reliable working method
- Ability to work under pressure and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT user skills
- Team spirit and discretion
