The Office for Agriculture and Geoinformation is a service of the Department of Public Economy and Social Affairs. It comprises four sections: agricultural measures, structural improvement, surveying and the GIS competence centre.
The agricultural measures section is responsible for implementing the agricultural policy of the Confederation in the canton of Graubünden. As a member of a young team, you will take responsibility for challenging tasks at the interface of agriculture, spatial planning and water protection. You assess construction projects outside the building zone from an agricultural perspective and implement issues relevant to water protection at agricultural enterprises.

For the EFZ/water protection sector, in the agricultural measures section, we are looking for an EFZ project manager and water protection specialist for 1 February 2027 or by agreement.
- Assessment of applications for buildings outside building zones from an agricultural perspective
- Project management related to the inspection of facilities for the storage of farm fertilisers
- Independent development and implementation of measures for water protection from a construction and operational perspective in the agricultural sector
- Collaboration in the execution of direct payments and in the authorisation of lease contracts
- Assistance with matters relating to rural land law in cooperation with other offices
- Basic agricultural training with further specialist training (professional certificate or SSS agrotechnician, SUP diploma)
- Good knowledge of agricultural practice as well as interest in agricultural policy, spatial planning and environmental issues
- Initial experience in project management or willingness to further develop in this area
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method as well as initiative and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and assertiveness
- Strong negotiation skills, reliability and a high level of commitment
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
