As a project manager in project development, you are responsible not only for high-quality project management but also for the construction aspect of our projects. Your influence and responsibility include not only all construction-related tasks but also the design elements as well as the colour and material concepts used, which ultimately create a successful connection between function and aesthetics.

Your eloquent interaction with clients, authorities and your competent and professional leadership of all involved planners and partners is a decisive success factor.

Within our organisation, you lead the internal project team, consisting of planners, the logistics sub-project management, construction managers and the project office. As a creative person, you analyse project fundamentals, define project goals, and can implement these with the team.

You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders and, with your experience, also provide support for our young team members, from the initial idea through feasibility studies, variant development and conception to the preliminary project. From there, you then hand over internally to our experienced planning and realisation team. Ensuring seamless and well-structured documentation completes this exciting and challenging role.

• We are looking for YOU, a cheerful, likeable and positive new team member
• Your completed studies as an architect FH / ETH or a comparable tertiary education form the appropriate professional foundation for the role
• Your several years of experience as a project manager and in overall management of demanding projects is ideally complemented by further project management training
• Your solid experience in the design and planning of industrial or infrastructure buildings facilitates your entry and is highly valued by all involved
• You are familiar with Swiss building standards and have confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Your interdisciplinary understanding of holistic, conceptual planning and design tasks as well as a strong presence make you a sought-after contact person and project manager
• Externally, you are perceived as analytical, conceptual and networked thinking with excellent implementation skills
