The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new constructions and renovations, and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.

The new care department, which takes care of people with gerontopsychiatric disorders, offers space for around ten residents. For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking for a qualified, reliable, and committed personality as

Health Professional EFZ (m/f/d)

Gerontopsychiatry, workload 40 - 100 %

In this role, you will support us:

• You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary care, which includes professional and evidence-based care
• You gladly take responsibility for the individual, targeted, and dignified care of our residents in gerontopsychiatric situations
• You have a keen sense of observation and communicate changes in the behavior or condition of our residents clearly and appropriately
• You enjoy actively contributing to the establishment of the new department
• You are co-responsible for quality assurance according to RAI
• You take on daily responsibilities and work in care

You can convince us with:

• You have completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or an equivalent recognized qualification
• You bring experience in the long-term care sector and in psychiatric care
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
