About the job

To strengthen our sales team in the Bern area, we are looking for you as:

Sales Consultant in Field Service (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Building on an established customer base, you support and advise small and medium-sized customers from the painting and plastering trades as well as from the paint retail trade.
In addition, you acquire new customers from the aforementioned market environment.
You offer your customers comprehensive advice on business management and technical issues related to our extensive full range of products.
In close cooperation with the internal sales team, you are the problem solver for your customers.

What Qualifies You

Your professional foundation is a successfully completed commercial or technical-vocational training.
You already have some field service experience – ideally in the craft sector – and remain enthusiastic about this role.
To update your knowledge about our products and technical progress, you bring a willingness for further training and education.
Furthermore, your technical understanding helps you assess construction-related contexts.
Through your previous work in sales, you have already demonstrated your strong communication skills and strong personality.
