Your mission

As Assistant Store Manager, you are the right hand of the Store Manager and at the same time right in the middle of daily business.

You…

• support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team
• take responsibility for the store in their absence
• assist with scheduling, organisation and daily operations
• keep an eye on sales targets and store performance
• advise customers competently and with genuine enthusiasm
• present and demonstrate our products, making their technology understandable and tangible
• support your team on the sales floor and lead by example
• ensure a high-quality store appearance together with the team
• contribute your own ideas and help continuously develop our new store

What you bring

You don’t have to be able to do everything yet. But you should be eager to take on more responsibility.

Ideally, you bring:

• experience in retail
• initial leadership experience or a clear desire to take the next step towards leadership
• joy in active selling and direct customer contact
• a strong service and customer orientation
• interest in innovative products and new technology
• initiative and a sense of responsibility
• team spirit and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• a professional and likeable appearance
• flexibility for retail working hours including Saturdays as well as early, middle and late shifts
