Over 45 years, Auto Welt von Rotz has developed from a one-man operation to the still family-run industry leader in Eastern Switzerland with over 200 employees.  In Wil West, car enthusiasts can permanently find 700 new and young cars, as well as used cars of all brands and models on display. Due to our growth, we are immediately looking to strengthen our team with a: 

Receptionist 30-40% (m/f/d)

Work shifts between Thursday-Friday (07:00 - 18:30) and Saturday (08:00-16:00)

• You answer incoming phone calls and correctly forward them to the responsible contact person
• You ensure that callbacks are made and actively inquire if necessary
• You welcome our customers with a smile and accompany them to the appropriate contacts
• You are responsible for the cash register at the reception 
• You ensure cleanliness and order in the customer lounge
• You take over digital data entry and other administrative tasks
• You are willing to take on additional shifts during vacation absences

• You are an outstanding telephone talent with a sympathetic, nuanced voice
• You always act service-oriented and love customer contact
• You are friendly, professional, and customer-oriented and live our "Grüezi mentality" - personally and on the phone
• You work carefully and precisely and keep an overview even in hectic times
• You have a great flair for organization and independent work
• You are flexibly deployable in the telephone switchboard department as well as at our three receptions
• You are characterized by confident German skills in spoken and written form and appear confident both in writing and on the phone
• Ideally, you also have knowledge of Italian and French

Working hours/shifts:

• You take shifts on Thursdays and Fridays until 18:30
• You are willing to work at least two Saturdays per month from 08:00 - 16:00
