• Independent management of a mixed, exciting and demanding portfolio of condominium properties and rental properties
• Leading and preparing meetings
• Inspections and handovers of properties
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers, etc.

Requirements Profile

• You have a commercial basic education and preferably further training in the real estate sector (property manager with a federal diploma)
• You bring many years of professional experience in property management
• You are a professionally and socially competent, service-oriented and committed personality
• Your ideal age: around 35-55 years
