Our Mission
The Sunnetal retirement centre offers a home to 32 residents. Our gastronomic offerings are tailored to the needs and wishes of the residents. The public Sunnetal bistro with garden is also a popular, intergenerational meeting place and is visited by a diverse clientele – whether for a "coffee meet-up" or lunch. The Sunnetal bistro is also booked for club and family events, and our catering team also offers catering services.

Assistant Cook
Your Tasks
- Independent preparation and attractive serving of evening meals and desserts
- Assistance in the dishwashing area and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Support in production as well as mise en place for the bistro, resident catering, and catering and banquet events
- Compliance with and implementation of quality standards as well as work, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Active and cross-departmental collaboration with internal interfaces
- Assistance with general kitchen and cleaning tasks
Your Profile
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2) are mandatory
- Professional experience in gastronomy, ideally with a qualification as kitchen assistant EBA or a comparable training
- Resilient, flexible, motivated, and reliable personality with an independent working style
- Good knowledge of applicable hygiene regulations and a strong quality awareness
- Team-oriented and service-oriented working approach
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
