Commercial Supporter (technical office) | 60%

In this versatile role, you support our site manager team and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your main tasks

Quotation management: Obtain price enquiries in close collaboration with our calculation department.

Platform management: Manage quotation platforms (e.g. Olmero, Simap) and maintain the devil list.

Tender management: Precisely prepare the quotation basis for the tender envelope.

Special tasks: Flexibly assist wherever the team needs support weekly.

What you bring with you

Experience: A commercial or technical basic education, ideally with insight into the construction industry.

Mindset: High service orientation, flexibility, and the ability to set priorities correctly.

Working style: Independent, punctual, and economically minded.

Team spirit: Enthusiasm for direct, straightforward exchange with site managers and central services.
