Team Leader Caretaker and Sexton Team / Rental Management (80-100%)
The church district seven eight belongs to the Zurich church community and includes the church locations Balgrist, Fluntern, Hottingen and Neumünster. For the caretaker and sexton team and the rental management area of the church district seven eight, we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the caretaker and sexton team
- Overall responsibility for the allocation and decision-making of event and rental requests (assessment, approval, conditions, rejection)
- Coordination and participation in a uniform allocation practice
- Coordination of the interface between operations and the real estate department (prioritisation of maintenance concerns, coordination, follow-up)
- Ensuring a feasible resource and deployment planning
- Support in clarifying sensitive matters and ensuring a professional approach to them
- Use of the event management system (erpKG) (data quality, overview, traceability)
Your profile
- Technical or comparable basic training, ideally with further education in facility management, operations or organisation
- Leadership experience combined with a structured and reflective working style
- Experience in allocation, event coordination or room assignment
- Experience with safety issues (occupational safety and fire protection)
- Confident in dealing with different stakeholders
- Strong service orientation and hospitality
- High digital affinity: MS Office, ERP software, Power BI
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings/weekends)
