Assistant to the Plant General Manager (m/f/d)

Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG, Goldach is a company of Amcor Limited, one of the world's largest suppliers of responsible packaging solutions. With around 300 employees, we refine aluminum foils and other materials into recyclable packaging materials. We are looking for a motivated, discreet, and positive personality as Assistant to the Plant General Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

Independent and proactive support of the Plant General Manager in all administrative and organizational matters
Creating evaluations and presentations
Writing reports and complex correspondence in German and English
Preparation, organization, and documentation of meetings and workshops
Organization of business trips
Responsibility for internal communication at the site: maintaining the employee communication app and its content, distributing information from the group, etc.
Organization of employee information events
Organization of company events, such as our employee party
Coordination and management of various site projects

Your profile

You have completed a commercial vocational training and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Ideally, you have completed further training in the field of communication and are well-versed in the industrial environment. You bring a structured and precise working style, above-average organizational talent, and a lot of initiative. Your efficient and flexible working style convinces just as much as your interconnected thinking. Strong communication skills, very good English skills (additional language skills are an advantage), as well as excellent user knowledge of Outlook programs complete your profile.
