You are the first point of contact for our private customers in the showroom. With your sense of style, your ideas, and your enthusiasm for personal consultation, you help our customers create individual and stylish living and lifestyle spaces.

MAZUVO AG is an owner-managed Swiss company specialising in high-quality garden furniture, parasols, and contract furniture. Since 1959, we have stood for quality, durability, and timeless, functional design. Our showroom in Volketswil, with around 1,000 m², is one of the special addresses for stylish living and outdoor life. We advise private and commercial customers on the design of terraces, gardens, balconies, catering businesses, and other outdoor areas. We develop harmonious solutions that suit people, architecture, and surroundings. As a premium partner of Glatz, we are also recognised specialists for high-quality parasols and shading solutions.

Your tasks at MAZUVO AG:

• Personal and competent advice for our discerning private customers, and if necessary, support in servicing commercial customers
• Care of our showroom and responsibility for attractive product presentation
• Participation in the selection of the range and further development of our offer
• Preparation of quotations and orders in our ERP system. Handling telephone and written customer enquiries as well as coordination and implementation of customer orders
• Your usual working days are Tuesday to Saturday

What you bring with you:

• Passion for high-quality furniture, interiors, and stylish design
• Sales talent and a likeable, convincing personality
• Completed retail apprenticeship, ideally in furniture, interiors, or a related industry. Commercial further training is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems and common Windows applications
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style. Willingness to take responsibility and develop further
