For the Forensic Psychiatry Inpatient Center (ZFPS), we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement in the role of

• You work on a high-security ward and switch between small group settings and individual settings
• You treat and care for patients from the penal system for crisis intervention and measures
• You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and contribute to treatment planning, daily structuring, and shaping the living environment
• You work both rehabilitatively and preventively to avoid future offenses
• You maintain contact with relatives and authorities
• You ensure the well-being of our patients in a three-shift system
• You are co-responsible for the training of apprentices within the framework of the training mandate

• You have completed training as a specialist in correctional services
• Your attitude towards offenders is appreciative and risk-aware
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• You possess exceptionally high social skills
• You have pronounced communication skills
• You are characterized by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism
