Your Tasks
- Admission, care and support of patients in the substitution practice
- Empathetic advice and support in everyday practice
- Planning and organisation of appointments as well as coordination between doctors and patients
- Care and documentation of patient data, substitution courses and medical reports
- Performing simple laboratory work and preparing samples
- Dispensing and managing substitution agents in compliance with legal and hygienic requirements
- Support with administrative tasks and billing with health insurance companies
- Ensuring and implementing applicable hygiene standards
- Close cooperation in the multiprofessional team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
- Ideally professional experience in psychiatry, addiction medicine or substitution, but not a requirement
- Empathy, sensitivity and appreciative interaction with patients and relatives
- Organisational skills as well as structured and reliable working methods
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of medical documentation and IT systems
