To strengthen our property maintenance team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and skilled individual who enjoys a varied role involving technology, buildings and surroundings.

Your main tasks

• Carrying out minor repair, maintenance and restoration work

• Garden and grounds maintenance as well as general outdoor cleaning

• Performing winter services including snow clearance and salting

• Supervision and control of our wood chip heating system

• Checking and handling sprinkler and alarm systems

• Ensuring the operational readiness of our technical facilities

• Performing machine and periodic cleaning tasks

• Carrying out various tasks related to operational safety

• Assisting with internal moves and rearranging office furniture

• Looking after company vehicles, for example carrying out or organising seasonal tyre changes

• Running various errands

• Closing the premises and responding to alarm messages during presence hours

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field

• Training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ/EBA or further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage

• Professional experience in caretaking, maintenance or technical areas

• Strong manual skills and good technical understanding

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style

• Willingness to take responsibility for buildings and technical systems

• Physical resilience and enjoyment of a varied, practical role

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Driving licence category B is mandatory, forklift licence is an advantage
