Your tasks
- Professional, medical and personnel management together with a specialist psychologist of the interdisciplinary team
- Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
- Monitoring of departmental objectives
- Participation in on-call and consultation services
- Networking and exchange with external referrers and specialist centres
- Conducting expert reports on various issues if interested
- Conducting and evaluating integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments of individuals, couples and families across the entire age spectrum for all psychiatric disorders
Your profile
- Specialist in psychiatry
- Organisational talent, ideally with leadership experience
- Strong team orientation and desire to actively engage with one’s own leadership role
- Enjoyment of responsibility and further development of one’s own department
- Confident in German, both spoken and written
