About the job
About the Position
As an assembly specialist in production, you play a central role in the manufacturing of our products. You set up production equipment, carry out assembly tasks, and ensure that all work steps are performed according to specifications regarding quality, efficiency, and safety. Thanks to your experience, you recognise deviations early, analyse causes, and actively support the continuous improvement of production processes as well as the training of new employees.
What You Can Achieve
Perform assembly and production tasks according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and tools
Ensure a smooth production process while adhering to deadlines, cost, and quality requirements
Conduct quality checks as well as identify, analyse, and resolve deviations
Move, sort, and package materials and finished products
Document production data to support performance analysis
Support process optimisation and contribute improvement suggestions
Provide professional support and training for less experienced employees
What You Bring
Completed technical/craft apprenticeship or comparable professional experience in production
Several years of experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in assembly or manufacturing
Good knowledge of production processes, workflows, and tools
Ability to develop structured solutions even for more complex problems
Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
Team spirit as well as willingness to take responsibility and share knowledge
Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
