Production Mechanic – Department Manager with Leadership Responsibility for up to 15 Employees
Activities
- Responsibility for planning, monitoring and controlling production processes
- Leadership, promotion and deployment planning of employees in production and logistics
- Monitoring orders and initiating measures in case of deviations
- Coordination of maintenance and prompt action in case of malfunctions
- Organisation of inventory management and procurement of operating materials
- Participation in process optimisation, inventories and internal projects
Requirements
- Completed basic mechanical training
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the construction industry
- Initial leadership experience or experience in a comparable role
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Team player, resilient and assertive personality
