Certified Nurse – Spitex Elderly Care Centre Hottingen

in day and late shifts, night duty only during holiday cover or absences.

If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:

• Ensuring professional nursing care and support of residents
• Taking responsibility for the daily routine in Spitex
• Managing complex care situations, setting up care plans through needs assessment with InterRai HC
• Providing care based on the principles of Palliative Care, Kinaesthetics, Basal Stimulation and Validation
• Maintaining electronic care documentation with Care Coach
• Participating in continuous improvement processes for optimal care and support of our clients

About the Elderly Care Centre Hottingen

The Elderly Care Centre Hottingen is an operation of the Diakoniewerk Neumünster Foundation – Swiss Nursing School / Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg. It offers 150 tenants modern serviced living in old age. The Oase restaurant and seminar rooms also belong to it. In total, more than 50 employees work in the areas of nursing, gastronomy, housekeeping, technical service and administration.
