Employee for Tax Declarations & Accounting (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF72,000 - 78,000

Role:

For our ROCKEN partner, a fiduciary company located in Zurich, we are immediately seeking a committed individual for the fiduciary area with a focus on taxes. You will take on a versatile range of tasks between tax declarations, mandate accounting and direct customer contact. In this role, you will comprehensively support your clients in accounting and tax matters.


Responsibilities:

  • You prepare tax declarations for natural and legal persons

  • You prepare mandate accounting, code and record it

  • You handle creditor and debtor accounting

  • You assist in the preparation of annual financial statements

  • You support clients in all accounting matters

  • You prepare VAT returns

  • You take on general administrative tasks including telephone and personal customer contact


Qualifications:

  • You have a commercial basic education, ideally in fiduciary services

  • You have further training as a tax and/or fiduciary clerk

  • You have several years of professional experience in fiduciary services

  • You have good IT skills: MS Office (Excel skills mandatory); knowledge of Dr. Tax, Pebe-Finance and Q3 FIBU is an advantage

  • You demonstrate strong service and customer orientation as well as a high quality standard

  • You work precisely and efficiently, think in networks and are open, flexible, resilient and team-oriented
