For our clients in the Zuchwil SO region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for warm, reliable and committed Health Specialists (FaGe) EFZ with a workload of 10–40%.

• You take on the individual care and support of our clients in their familiar home environment.
• You independently and professionally carry out basic and treatment care within the scope of your competencies.
• You support our clients in everyday activities and promote their independence and quality of life.
• You observe changes in health status, recognise nursing needs and pass on important information to the responsible nursing professionals.
• You document your care services carefully and ensure smooth information exchange.
• You work independently and maintain regular communication with our nursing team.
• Your warm and professional manner ensures safety, trust and well-being.

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in independently caring for and supporting elderly and dependent people
• A warm, empathetic and reliable personality
• Sense of responsibility, professional competence and careful working method
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different assignments
• Good knowledge of German
• Driving licence and own car
• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
