About the job
As Head of Strategic Maintenance & Maintenance Excellence, you are responsible for the strategic development of maintenance in a successful industrial company in Aargau. You ensure the harmonisation of standards, drive the transformation towards modern, data-based and risk-oriented maintenance, and support the various sites in implementing a sustainable Maintenance Excellence strategy.

Your Responsibilities
- Development and further development of the maintenance strategy of the roadmap
- Introduction and further development of TPM approaches
- Promotion of risk-based maintenance and increase of organisational maturity level
- Leadership of transformation and change initiatives in the maintenance area
- Harmonisation of processes, standards, methods throughout the company
- Definition and further development of KPI systems for performance management
- Conducting performance reviews as well as analysing deviations and improvement potentials
- Establishment of benchmarking processes and consistent action management
- Leadership and further development of the maintenance team within the company
- Ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer and close cross-departmental collaboration
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in a leading role in maintenance & Maintenance Excellence
- Solid knowledge in TPM, Reliability Engineering
- Experience in using SAP PM or comparable maintenance systems
- Strong competence in performance management using KPIs, reporting and analysis systems
- Experience in strategy development and organisational transformation
- Knowledge in standardisation, process optimisation and maturity models
- Strong analytical skills, especially in root cause and deviation analyses
- Proven success in change and improvement management
- Leadership experience both technically and disciplinarily
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Several years of experience in maintenance of a production plant or a multi-site environment
- Successful implementation of TPM or comparable Maintenance Excellence programmes
- Experience in data-driven performance management and continuous improvement
- Very good knowledge of SAP PM
- Native German speaker with convincing communication skills; English, Spanish and French are advantageous.
