Your scope for creativity
- Carry out flawless service/maintenance work and repairs on various construction machines, company vehicles and lorries
- Order spare parts and organise quotes and invoicing internally/externally
- Maintain the workshop equipment and ensure smooth operation
- Support the management of the in-house workshop with around 20 employees
- Ensure efficient deployment planning including on-call duties
- Participate in the training of apprentices (construction machine mechanic, automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician)
What makes you stand out
- Completed mechanical training (agricultural or construction machine mechanic, mechatronics technician, technical clerk or similar), ideally with further advanced training (e.g. workshop manager, diagnostic technician)
- Professional experience in service and repair work and accounting
- Several years of experience in a comparable role and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Organisational and good communication skills
- Commitment, team spirit and a solution-oriented working style with a "hands-on" mentality
