Your scope for creativity

• Carry out flawless service/maintenance work and repairs on various construction machines, company vehicles and lorries
• Order spare parts and organise quotes and invoicing internally/externally
• Maintain the workshop equipment and ensure smooth operation
• Support the management of the in-house workshop with around 20 employees
• Ensure efficient deployment planning including on-call duties
• Participate in the training of apprentices (construction machine mechanic, automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician)

What makes you stand out

• Completed mechanical training (agricultural or construction machine mechanic, mechatronics technician, technical clerk or similar), ideally with further advanced training (e.g. workshop manager, diagnostic technician)
• Professional experience in service and repair work and accounting
• Several years of experience in a comparable role and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Organisational and good communication skills
• Commitment, team spirit and a solution-oriented working style with a "hands-on" mentality
