As an important hub function, you act as a contact point for the BDO Digital team. In this role, you are part of the backoffice team and support the smooth running of project business. WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- You support project management in the setup and creation of projects
- You monitor ongoing projects and ensure transparency about project status, upcoming completions, approvals, and milestones
- You actively contribute to the standardization of workflows and processes
- You design and optimize project and support processes
- You create and maintain templates, documents, and standards for project business
- You ensure the structured distribution of relevant information
- You work closely with consulting, project managers, and internal interfaces
- You support the further development of digital working methods and tools
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have a commercial or business administration education (Bachelor's degree or career starters are also welcome)
- You have a strong interest in project business and project-related processes
- You are enthusiastic about process optimization and digitalization
- You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and show high initiative
- You are digitally savvy and confident in modern work environments
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the M365 environment; experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not a must
- You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills are a plus
- You convince with your open, positive, and eager-to-learn personality
