What awaits you
- Take charge of and independently manage long-term sickness loss of earnings cases, from insurance coverage analysis to calculation and payment of benefits, including the preparation of overinsurance statements
- Work closely with our Helsana medical and legal departments, as well as coordinate with various external partners
- Write correspondence and handle telephone exchanges with our clients professionally and empathetically
- Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, including visits to corporate clients
What we expect
- Commercial employee training or equivalent
- Experience in insurance: an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of French; good knowledge of German desired
- Comfortable in customer contacts; good team spirit
- Autonomy, accuracy and thoroughness in work
