Your tasks

Accompanying people with cognitive and psychological disabilities
Individual support of people in the areas of living, leisure, and personal care
Creative co-design of the diverse day-structure offerings
Taking on cross-group tasks and project collaboration in the residential company
Co-responsibility for the health department
Administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile

Completed training as a health or care specialist
Open, innovative, and humorous personality
Transparent and solution-oriented working style
Resilience, flexibility, and conflict management skills
Independent work with responsibility
Good Microsoft 365 knowledge
Willingness for evening shifts, night on-call duty, and weekend shifts
