Production Cook

Day shift

100% workload

Deployments 5 days a week including weekends (no split shifts)

This is what you will be responsible for with us

• Preparation of recipes with the most modern equipment and appliances
• Monitoring production processes, production quantity and product quality
• Preparation of mise en place
• Setting up equipment
• Data entry on the PC
• Carrying out daily and periodic cleaning tasks

You are ready for this

• to comply with our hygiene concept and the requirements of food safety
• active assistance in process optimisation and the further development of existing processes

This is how you convince

• Several years of experience in the gastronomy sector
• Experience in large-scale production / communal catering companies is an advantage
• Good knowledge of German
• Good physical constitution
• Independent working style
• Flexibility regarding working hours (including working at weekends)
