About the job
At the after-school care of Schule Wald, we offer a school-complementary care service during non-teaching times and school holidays at all primary school locations for children from 1st kindergarten to 6th grade. The after-school care is based on the approach of new authority and values meeting children at eye level. Curiosity, relationships, and reliability shape our daily work just as much as humour and solidarity.

From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for Childcare Specialists EFZ with heart and commitment for children for our after-school care locations.
Your profile - we are looking for
- pedagogical training in childcare recognised by the Education Directorate
- advantageous: several years of professional experience and knowledge of school-complementary care
- enjoyment in collaborating with staff, parents, and school
- motivated, tolerant, empathetic personality in working with children of different ages
- independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style

At Schule Wald, over 250 motivated employees work with great commitment. The approximately 1,300 schoolchildren are prepared for the future in five school units. For preschool children, we offer family-complementary care in our nursery.
