Construction Machinery Mechanic / Deputy Workshop Manager - Landquart Workshop

Your mission
- You carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing work on our construction machinery - your main workplace is our workshop in Landquart, complemented by occasional assignments directly at the customer’s site (construction site / customer workshop)
- When your workshop manager is absent, you seamlessly take the helm: you coordinate orders, make competent decisions thanks to short decision-making paths and are the first point of contact for your workshop team
- You use the latest diagnostic software to search for faults, fix issues with hydraulics and electrics and, if necessary, overhaul attachments and components
- You listen carefully to problems, work smartly and use our resources sustainably so that occupational safety and security are the top priority on every assignment
- We grow together: you share your knowledge, learn curiously from your colleagues, empower your teammates and celebrate joint successes just as much as the well-earned end of the day
Your background
- Completed basic training as a construction machinery mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, truck mechanic (EFZ) or a comparable technical education
- Willingness and enthusiasm to take responsibility and confidently represent your workshop manager
- Solid know-how in hydraulics, electrics and mechanics as well as enjoyment in fault-finding and repairing yellow giants
- You think solution-oriented, keep a cool head even with tricky tasks and appreciate an honest, respectful word on equal footing
- Driving licence category B (category BE is a clear plus)
