Within a dynamic and stimulating environment, this position offers the opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise in a multi-company context. In this role, you actively participate in the group's accounting management, the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, as well as the continuous improvement of financial processes, particularly within the SAP environment.

Do you recognise yourself in the following?

• You hold a federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification
• You have at least 5 years of experience in general accounting and consolidation, ideally in a multi-company environment
• You are proficient in Swiss GAAP RPC standards and have solid knowledge of corporate taxation, particularly regarding taxes and VAT
• You are skilled in using ERP systems, preferably SAP S4/HANA, especially the FI/CO modules, as well as Banana. You are also proficient with common office tools and have an advanced level in Excel (PowerQuery)
• You are recognised for your rigour, analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to manage complex files while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
• You have an excellent level of French (C1). Knowledge of German (B1-B2) is an asset

Do these tasks inspire you?

• You ensure the general accounting of several group companies as well as the reconciliation of balance sheet and intercompany accounts
• You actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as well as in the preparation of the group’s financial statements and consolidation, in compliance with Swiss GAAP RPC standards
• You prepare VAT returns and tax declarations for the relevant companies, manage fixed assets, and ensure the quality of financial data within the SAP environment
• You support the head of financial management in supervising accounting activities, participate in handling complex operations, and act as their deputy during absences
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and collaborating with the team
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, updating internal accounting guidelines, and participate in ERP development projects
