Percentage: Hourly (about 8h/week)

OUR TEAM NEEDS YOU FOR THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
- Provide individualized and engaging teaching adapted to the needs of different participant profiles (schoolchildren, apprentices, high school students, adults);
- Support and motivate participants during the learning process while developing their autonomy and socialization within the group;
- Adopt a motivational pedagogy aligned with FuturPlus values.
YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS:
- ✓ Having a communicative personality and interpersonal ease;
- ✓ Having an open mind to diverse cultural backgrounds;
- ✓ Sensitive to unconventional life paths.
YOU HAVE:
- A solid knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss school system and the requirements in the relevant field at primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary levels;
- A university degree or equivalent;
- Significant experience in teaching;
- Ideally an FSEA, HEP certification or an equivalent qualification;
