• Attending to guests from reception to farewell, including taking orders and guiding guests
• Ensuring professional food and beverage service at Michelin level according to standards
• Close and ongoing coordination with the kitchen during service
• Guest billing at your own station
• Preparation of mise en place for a smooth service process

• Professional experience in (upscale) gastronomy or service environment
• Willingness to further develop professional knowledge in food and beverage service
• Independent and structured working style
• Host personality with team orientation
• Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
