Your tasks
- Monitoring the quality level of our products and processes
- Communication to internal parties and customers
- Project management within our CAPA process: optimizing and sustainably solving issues with the process owners
- Contributing to improvements within our continuous improvement process
- Conducting training on quality topics
- Managing testing equipment together with the specialist department
- Possibly further activities for the development of our quality management system according to ISO13485, ISO9001, and ISO14001
Your qualities
And your qualities? Ideally...
- Broad technical knowledge and interest in its expansion
- Training in quality management with an affinity for electronics manufacturing
- First or several years of experience in the field of quality management
- Analytical thinking, combined with good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Team player, with an interest in project management in quality
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, appropriate technical English
- Good MS Office skills, SAP/MES/CAQ knowledge is an advantage
