Your tasks

Monitoring the quality level of our products and processes
Communication to internal parties and customers
Project management within our CAPA process: optimizing and sustainably solving issues with the process owners
Contributing to improvements within our continuous improvement process
Conducting training on quality topics
Managing testing equipment together with the specialist department
Possibly further activities for the development of our quality management system according to ISO13485, ISO9001, and ISO14001

Your qualities

And your qualities? Ideally...

Broad technical knowledge and interest in its expansion
Training in quality management with an affinity for electronics manufacturing
First or several years of experience in the field of quality management
Analytical thinking, combined with good communication skills and negotiation skills
Team player, with an interest in project management in quality
Fluent German in spoken and written form, appropriate technical English
Good MS Office skills, SAP/MES/CAQ knowledge is an advantage
