To complete its team, the Buildings and Works Service, Unibat, is looking for a buildings group leader.

Workplace: Lausanne - Dorigny
Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Lead a group of about ten people, organise the work, allocate tasks and prioritise each person’s missions.
- Manage and monitor maintenance and improvement works on UNIL’s technical installations.
- Supervise the work carried out by the group’s employees and coordinate those carried out by other groups in the domain or by contracted companies.
- Be the main contact for any client request, from the initial request to the completion of execution.
- Maintain regular contact with faculties, services and occupants to understand their needs and anticipate expectations.
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

Building technical CFC with significant confirmed experience or federal specialist certificate.

15 years of experience in building technology.

Ability to unite and mobilise interlocutors.
- Organisational skills and sense of priorities, decisiveness and ability to act.
- Contact with users, able to put themselves in the client’s place to meet their needs.
- Technical on-call service in 24/7 rotation. Must live less than 30 minutes from UNIL.
