Operations Manager: Specialist Cleaning (m|f) 100 %

Here you are called upon as an organisational talent and doer. You recognise priorities, are used to working independently, and act in a service-oriented manner. After thorough training, you will take responsibility for the operational management and organisation in your area.

Your Area of Responsibility

• Operational Deployment Planning | Planning and coordination of specialist cleaning assignments as well as organisation of machines, equipment, and materials while adhering to deadlines and customer requirements.
• Leadership and Support of Employees | Leading, training, and supporting employees as well as ensuring work quality, safety regulations, and teamwork.
• Customer Care | On-site customer support and advice, handling concerns and complaints, as well as assisting with quotations and site inspections.
• Quality and Safety | Ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards as well as monitoring the correct use of cleaning agents and machines including documentation of deployments.
• Administrative Tasks | Reporting of deployments and working hours as well as creating deployment plans, ordering materials, stock control, and supporting deployment and holiday planning.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Completed Training | Successfully completed training as a building cleaner EFZ or comparable qualification
• Specialist Cleaning Expertise | Several years of experience in specialist cleaning as well as sound knowledge of cleaning processes and techniques
• Leadership Competence | Experience in leading, instructing, and planning the deployment of employees
• Independence | Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
  
• Resilience and Flexibility | Ability to act professionally and efficiently even in demanding situations
  
• Communication | Good spoken German skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
