YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Processing of damage cases as well as warranty and service work
Quotation and order management of various orders
Recording, processing, and coordination of 2-year warranty work
Independent order processing and telephone customer support

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Mandatory commercial training (KV) or several years of office experience in a technical environment, preferably in the kitchen or household appliances industry
Communication skills and high customer orientation
Commitment, independence, and resilience
Good IT user skills
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
