Two exciting areas - your opportunity to help shape them.

Intensive outpatient psychiatric care

You accompany people with mental illnesses who have an increased need for support in everyday life.

Through regular contact, reliable relationships and individual support, you help them gain stability, manage their daily lives and strengthen their independence.

Forensic psychiatric care

Additionally, we are developing a specialised service for people with forensic psychiatric support needs, especially during the transition from forensic treatment or correctional services to everyday life. If interested, you can participate in this project and familiarise yourself with an exciting specialist field.

In both areas, you take professional responsibility for the nursing process of your clients and work closely with our team and the interdisciplinary network.

Your tasks:

• Professional responsibility for the entire nursing process: assessment, nursing diagnoses, care planning, implementation and evaluation
• Recovery-oriented support and advice on daily structure, coping with everyday life and strengthening personal resources
• Psychiatric assessment, early recognition of crises and initiation of appropriate measures in coordination with the treatment network
• Clear documentation of nursing services and regular review of care goals
• Safe medication management and medical-technical procedures according to medical prescription and operational guidelines
• Coordination with treating professionals and other reference persons while maintaining confidentiality
• Professional guidance of employees and competence-appropriate delegation with review of results

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Experience in psychiatric nursing as well as confidence in relationship building and handling crisis situations
• Competence in independently managing the nursing process and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• A reliable, well-organised working style as well as professional decision-making ability and sense of responsibility
• Empathy, resilience and a conscious approach to closeness and distance
• Openness to new things and enthusiasm to help shape our psychiatric services
• A category B driving licence
• Interest in forensic psychiatry is welcome. Prior experience in this field is not required.
