• You apply your technical and commercial knowledge in the service of our (industrial) properties and support us in maintaining the value of the exciting portfolio 
• You gladly use modern work tools and further develop them with your input 
• You love to carry out smaller construction projects from the idea to the handover to the client 
• You have a knack for dealing with our customers (fenaco-LANDI internal and external tenants) and manage customer requirements passionately 
• With your people skills, you find it easy to motivate and advance a small team 
• You can also juggle numbers and find it easy to prepare budgets 
• Active participation in various specialist and project groups

• Completed technical vocational training 
• Further education at the university of applied sciences (FH) and/or university level in civil engineering, business administration, real estate management, facility management 
• Proven experience in the technical and infrastructural support and maintenance of real estate and building technology (including electrical safety) 
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and controlling in the real estate sector 
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., tenancy law, building law) 
• Proven leadership experience 
• Driver's license: Category B
