Your tasks:
At the Institute for Product and Production Engineering, we combine research, teaching, and industry partnerships to develop innovative solutions for sustainable and efficient production. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality with enthusiasm for practice-oriented research.
Your tasks:
- Management and execution of research projects in the field of laser technology (focus: microprocessing processes with ultrashort pulse lasers in the laser technology laboratory as well as calculation and design of optical systems)
- Acquisition of research projects and writing of research proposals
- Conducting subject-specific teaching and supervising students
Your profile:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Experience in conducting research or service projects, ideally in the field of laser technology
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as an independent, responsible working style
The position is limited to 2 years.
