Your energy counts: As Project Manager District Heating Construction, you take on a central role in the planning and realisation of our district heating projects. You coordinate projects from the initial planning to successful implementation and ensure that deadlines, costs and quality are met. Do you have experience in district heating or pipeline construction, enjoy working independently and keep an overview even in demanding projects? Your tasks

• Independent management and coordination of district heating construction projects from planning to completion
• Technical and organisational project planning as well as coordination of the individual construction phases
• Leadership of internal employees as well as coordination of construction companies, subcontractors and other project partners
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality and occupational safety
• Supervision and control of construction execution on site
• Coordination of civil engineering, pipeline construction, welding as well as insulation and sealing work
• Organisation and coordination of materials, machinery and required resources
• Review of execution documents, plans and technical documentation
• Support during commissioning and handover of completed plants
• Support in the further development and optimisation of processes in the field of district heating construction

Your profile

• Further training in project management, engineering or comparable qualification advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in pipeline, district heating or plant construction
• Experience in managing and coordinating construction projects
• Good knowledge of construction execution and technical project management
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced cost, deadline and quality awareness
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers, employees and external partners
• Confident appearance and negotiation skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Driving licence category B
