Your tasks, responsibilities, and competencies
- Leading a small but fine sales team (Technical and personnel management)
- Implementation of the sales strategy for Western Switzerland in line with the business strategy
- Sales of solar systems in Switzerland (Romandie)
- Care & expansion of key accounts and strategic partners
- Market observation, competitive analysis, and exploration of new business potentials
- Preparation of forecasts and reporting for the Head of Sales
- Participation in trade fairs and field service assignments
- Individual consulting for potential customers regarding the optimal use of solar energy
Your profile and skills
Professional qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical basic training or a completed degree (e.g. Business Administration)
- You have already gained initial leadership experience
- Professional experience in a similar field as well as in the PV industry is an advantage
- Native German or French with very good knowledge of the other official language, English is an advantage
- You have a good sense for markets, customer needs, and trends
- You have very pronounced analytical and strategic skills as well as a talent for interpreting complex data correctly
Personal requirements
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- You have good negotiation skills and persuasive power
- You are an organizational talent and can find your way around everywhere with the appropriate tools
