We are looking for you to support our team in Bern as a new committed, dynamic, and motivated project manager (m/f).

Your Tasks

• You take on project management in the SIA phases 41 - 53 (execution phase)
• You act in the interest of the overall project manager or branch manager and implement the corresponding specifications
• You are responsible for coordinating the orders of all planners and contractors
• For the contractors commissioned by us, you are a reliable contact person and create the best possible conditions for the execution of work
• Through efficient control and processing of measurements and invoices, you ensure that services rendered can be settled within the shortest possible time
• You know the contractual agreements with our partners, enforce or claim them, and check the quality of the work
• You communicate openly internally and are able to develop solutions for problems

For this demanding task, you bring the following profile

• Several years of experience in managing complex construction projects or large-scale projects
• You bring the following qualities: reliability, good manners with third parties, direct and open communication, honesty and loyalty as well as teamwork and have a confident personal appearance
• You are efficient and have a high level of professional, social, and leadership competence
• You can assert yourself and are a role model both for your colleagues and for the involved contractors and craftsmen
• The necessary project management skills, expertise, and your ability to solve even complex problems are assumed by us
• Despite your abilities, you are self-critical, know your weaknesses and limits, and question your own actions first in case of errors
