Timber Engineer / Timber Construction Technician

Structural Planning & Construction | 60–100 % | Basel & Home Office

Do you want to not only calculate structures but also contribute constructively to their development and accompany projects from concept to execution?

We are an independent engineering and planning office in Basel specialising in timber construction. With us, you will work on diverse new builds, conversions, extensions, and renovations – using timber, but also steel, concrete, and masonry.

What you bring: A qualification as a (timber) civil engineer FH/ETH, timber construction technician HF/TS, or a comparable education, a good understanding of structures and constructions, as well as a strong affinity for timber construction. You work independently and carefully and want to take responsibility and develop professionally.

Depending on your education, experience, and interests, you will work with us in structural planning, statics and construction, 3D planning with Cadwork, as well as execution and detail planning. Practical experience in timber construction or in structural planning and construction is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Workload: 60–100 % Work location: Basel & Home Office Start date: End of 2026 or beginning of 2027, by arrangement
