Nursing Specialist with Training Function (FAGE, HF) 40-80%

In our new training ward, learning is just as central as professional and heartfelt care for our residents. For this, we are looking for employees who live both with conviction and passion.

You will accompany our FAGE and AGS trainees where they learn the most: right in the midst of everyday nursing. The organisational and administrative training responsibility lies with our trainer team, with whom you will work closely. Your focus will be on the practical guidance and promotion of the trainees as well as on providing high-quality care for our residents. The position is to be filled from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Shape everyday nursing as a place of learning, use everyday situations specifically for training, and promote the professional and personal development of the trainees
• Reflect on and document learning situations and support trainees with constructive and appreciative feedback
• Close collaboration with our trainer team
• Assume daily responsibility

Your profile

• Completed training as FAGE or HF
• Experience in training, instructing or supporting trainees
• Ideally professional experience in long-term care
• Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation and digital work tools
• Openness to new perspectives and ideas
• Enjoy actively shaping the development of our training ward
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
